Facade 96 - Emerald Creek

This is a mountain hidden away in Taiwan. The walk is spooky with many unidentified insects and snakes in the trails. The water is so green and beautiful with plenty of danger lurking in these clear water.
The nature seems to be filled with so much wonder in our world.

Facade 95 - Organ Pipe National Park

This is a view with so much Australian landscape in it: Arid plant species, stagnant still water, ancient rock layers and unique geography.
The natural weathering has sculpted this work of art. Yet, there were a number of wombats dead in the nearby waters!

Facade 94: Weathering rocks at Sea

These rocks have names.

Beehive rocks as they are called.

Somehow I found these natural wonders become a beauty in the most severe form of weathers. The scene was captured under the canopy of thick cloud and storms. Still, the white sky really dissapoints many of my friends in the trip.

Somehow the colour of green from moss adds some colour to the shot. Hence, I preferred this image out of the whole batch of snaps in my SD card.

There was a barricade to the entrance of the walkway to this particular coast and we all walked straight through it...

Facade 93 - Angry sky

This view reflected a panic mood on the very day that the horrendous storm came over us like a doom's day. My house power went out as well as phone line connection. The whole place was dark like a midnight sky. The experience was rather horrific as the lightening striked a number of people in my street.

After this image was taken, the pouring rain flooded my street as if we were about to swim in the metropolitan melbourne!

Thank God that some of the pest birds - Myena managed to die with the storm. At least there is something good out of this whole drama.

Facade 92 - Whale rock

I know what you are thinking... This rock looks nothing like a whale but a boulder stone and it is what it is you are looking at. Sometimes I wonder whether Australians really lack imagination. Maybe the early explorer were concrete thinkers or had never seen a real life whale before.
This image was taken on Olympus E520 with ZD 11-22/2.8
Surprisingly both gear were long gone from my cabinet but I started to miss this lens actually.
Facade of the whale rock is almost like an irony of inaccurate naming of most things I see in my home country.

Facade 91 - Beauchamps Waterfall

Sometimes waterfall cleans one's soul. Many Japanese monks love to sit at the bottom of the fall, taking the impact of force and toughen their own bodies.
It strikes me that waterfall makes me feel alive again. There is wind generated by the water splash. The whole experience is quite surreal. Every time I feel down, I head towards a fall.
The trip is often well worth it even in a rainy day

Facade 90 - Estuary

This was a standard view from wilson prom. The land was recently baptized by the pouring rain we had all been expecting for a long time.
The view is really typically Australian and I missed this vision for a long time.
And finally I had gone for a bit of driving and photographying again out of my clinical blues.

Facade 89 - Abstract Water

The light can really do wonder. Sometimes a facade of illusion can turn out as delusion.

Love the work of nature

Facade 88 - Blue Blue Blue

The exam is finally over for me and time to update some of my travel images. This is located in Lorne of Victoria Australia.
The storm always adds mood and sentiment to the scenery and I enjoy the reflections of the cloud very much.

Facade 87 - Caprie Island of Italy

Beautiful blue sea surrounded by wonderful looking architecture. A touch of medieval feel with such a clarity to the image.
The image was taken by Astia coloured film using Canon EF 24mm f1.4 stopping down to f16
This is truely a place that I forget about worries and stress. Hope you like this wonderful part of the world :)
